"I was a new graduate looking for
an exciting job. I needed to keep busy at all times.
When the recruiter came to my school and told me about
UMDNJ/UH, it was just the environment I was looking
for: the promise of being exposed to anything and everything!
I tell every new nurse at University Hospital to learn
as much as you can and then push yourself to learn more.
Don't be afraid to take a chance of doing something
new and different. Always challenge yourself and you'll
be amply rewarded!"
